摘要:AbstractThe current study presents a model for validation of a battery of aptitude tests for psychologists using the criterion method of behavioural anchors based on core competences. The participants were 173 psychologists registered at the Romanian College of Psychologists, aged between 24 and 48 years old (M=36.71; S.D.=3.84), both man and woman, rural and urban areas. Using Communication competences, Focused Attention and Social Skills competences and dependent variable total performances measured by BARS, the results provide a 57.4% reduction in the prediction error relative to using only the predictive model.
