摘要:AbstractTeachers’ behavior within schools is the result of their personality traits filtered by the methods they use according to their profession and by social norms. The article presents a psychological research on teachers’ personality, with a focus on impulsivity, a construct understood as the lack of planning and the tendency to act quickly, on impulse, without prior reflection. The study aims the dynamics of the impulsivity in a sample of 75 Romanian teachers and the correlations between the impulsivity and different traits of personality (M = 40.59; SD = 9.8).
