摘要：AbstractThis work was made in Kosovo and Turkey between elderly people with a help of appealed. The goal of this study is to compare. The comparisons which were made both in Kosovo and Turkey about the internet addiction over elderly people. In this work, the UCLA loneliness scale and personal information form was used over elderly people. Although there are many publications about using of internet by elderly people, there is no any professional study on this field in both Kosovo and Turkey. By the introduction of new technologies, computer and internet usage have become an unavoidable necessity in our daily lives. Internet was originally designed to facilitate communication and research activities. However, in recent years the using of internet is dramatically increased in the pathologic manner.
