  • 摘要:AbstractIn this paper, teacher training systems in England, Turkey and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) were analyzed. In order to understand the teacher training systems better, historical development of educational systems in these countries were also examined. It was focused on the problems that are teacher candidates have while entering the teacher training institutions and after graduation because of the system in TRNC. By analysing the teacher training systems in England and Turkey, suggestions were offered to the problems in TRNC.
