摘要：AbstractIn the paper prepared, the teacher training process in the History of Turkish and Cyprus Turkish Education has been studied and the topics regarding the teacher training policies developed in accordance with the requirements of the period and the teacher training in the national education councils and the development plans within this period have been scrutinized and the details are hereby presented.
