摘要：AbstractThe Policy Integration Theory enhanced the role plays by Antarctica in stabilizing the planetary raising temperature due to global warming from negative impact of urbanization activities through The Antarctic Treaty 1959 and the Madrid Environmental Protocol of 1991. Today, this theory becomes a compromise used to reinforcing State standard on environmental protection policy which previously governed by the economic actors. This Theory adopted the international environmental protection policy initiated through Antarctica science diplomacy to be practised and activated voluntarily by State in their quest for better quality of life for their subjects. Malaysia is the example of this achievement.
