摘要：AbstractThe modern concept of handball, defense is the cornerstone of the team that wins trophies at various major sporting events. For spectators and amateur attack is a development technical and tactical skill of the players, a movie spectacular phase, twists, where players give vent to their capacity for initiative and creativity. Instead, the defense requires hard work, systematic and continuous, requiring over tough training regime effort. “A good attack wins games” and a “defense wins championships,” said Olivier Krumbolz, although this section of the game is far from attractive.(Michalsik et al., 2011) All global confrontation brought news regarding methodology training performance models play in defense and attack continued growth of technical mastery, individual and collective tactical versatility and a high degree of psychological preparation appropriate conditions imposed by exercise mentally required obtaining a superior sports performance. (Massuça, 2011) This study allows us to analyze comparatively the development teams ranked in the Top 3 editions XXI and XXII Men's Handball World Championship in terms of psychological involvement in solving concrete problems of attack and defense.
