摘要:AbstractOur paper proposes a training paradigm suitable for the development of the engineering faculties’ students’ independent academic learning. It presents for analysis and debate the content and the results of the training-improvement experiment undertaken by pedagogy and technological disciplines teachers, during which, by means of specific methods and techniques, it was possible to significantly improve the efficient learning behavior displayed by the students, as a premise for the formation of their self-education and professional development competences.
