摘要:AbstractThis article presents a comparative study as regards the system of recognition of the competences acquired through volunteering in Romania and in The Republic of Moldova. The chief legislative documents as regards volunteering are analysed and the best-known patterns of recognition of the competences acquired through volunteering are presented. The methodology used in this paper is qualitative. The conclusions of the survey highlight the need of immediate implementation of a unitary and consensual system which can certify the competences acquired through volunteering, a system which will bring benefits for volunteers, for the organizations which work with volunteers, and for the employers.
