摘要:AbstractPlanning and teaching physical education represent two of the most important and complex aspects of the professional careers in this field. We aim at emphasizing the teachers’ perception on the relationship between the content as planned in different documents and the real content proposed by them during the lessons. From the planning documents, we found out that the annual and the semester plans seem to be the most useful. By establishing the correlations with the teachers’ years of experience and teaching degree, but also with the school level, we found out some important aspects that recommend their different approach during the continuing education. The subjects of our research confirmed the difference between planning and practice, but we noticed that the majority thought that most of the competences in physical education could be achieved. Planning documents have a different importance to the teaching activity, depending on teachers’ experience. In order to raise the pupils’ interest in the physical education lessons, teachers have to implement new methods and means in their activity, especially for the less attractive contents.
