摘要:AbstractManagement of school administrationthat involvesteachers as educatorsis critical to achieving extracurricularexcellencein secondary schools. The successof students inthe areas of extracurricularwas not in-born, but had involved due to the implementationof management by teacher advisory. However, there is still a distinctgapbetweenthe teacher's responsibilitiesto manage the extracurricular managementwithstudents'successinthe field.Therefore,this study istoidentify the problems and tofind solutions whichwill be determinedto produce thequalityof teachers, particularly in the field of extracurricular activities.
