摘要:AbstractThe present research was carried out to examine the effect of a researcher-made multimedia software program on the learning of physics textbook of the first year of high school in Malayer, Iran, in the academic year 2010–2011. The research hypothesis postulates that using the researcher-made multimedia software program has a positive effect on learning the said physics book. In order to examine this hypothesis, 300 male and female students from high schools of the town of Malayer were selected and categorized into six experiment groups and six control groups. At first, a pre-test was taken from both groups, and then after teaching, a post-test was taken by all students. The results showed that using that multimedia had a positive effect on the learning of the physics textbook of the first year of high school.
