摘要:AbstractThe study of the higher education system is of an important topicality in Romania in the recent years due to the severe changes that affected the field and also due to the new economical conditions. The necessity of a new approach at the management level of the Romanian higher education institutions is obvious nowadays when Romania is a member of the European Union. Using a game theory methodology, the paper provides a quantitative foundation for a decision making process (at the management level of a university) when trying to assess the importance of external constraints present in the system.
