摘要:In a longitudinal fMRI study on aphasic patients (Saur et al., 2006) an overall pattern of languagereorganization, proceeding in three phases, was described with (i) reduced activation of left languageareas in the acute, (ii) an upregulation of the entire language network with recruitment ofhomologous language regions (with highest activation in right frontal areas) in the subacute and (iii)a normalization of activation in the chronic phase. However, this pattern was derived from aheterogeneous group of aphasic patients with different lesion sites. The aim of this study was todescribe reorganization processes in a group of aphasic patients with exclusively left frontal lesions.
