  • 摘要:AbstractThe transit capacity in the water areas where bridge is built has an important influence on the well-organized traffic flow and ship safety navigation. After dealing with the data of traffic flow of the bridge areas on the base of Ship Domain Model, through the analysis of the law of vessel arrival coupled with the queuing theory, the study will be about the transiting capacity of Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge at present and in the future. When the average length of ships navigating in the River up to 70m or more in the rush hour, the capacity will reach saturation even supersaturated. Thus the competent authority can take this study as a reference to reinforce the regulation of the water traffic and to ensure the safety of ship navigation as well as the bridge itself.
