摘要：AbstractThis paper aims to analyze the relevant influence that EU's economic integration policies have in strategic management of public finance, on regional economic integration. We have illustrated the effectiveness of our strategic economic policies applied by the Government for Economic Development, by using customs operation as main variable. The scope is to evaluate the foreign trade balance and risks arising of national economy from the interaction of Albania with European Community.
