摘要:AbstractAlthough employees are regarded as sources of change, creativity, learning and innovation which are strategic factors to achieve organizational goals, many of them choose to be silent and not to convey their valuable opinions and concerns about the problems in their organizations. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is determined as a set of discretionary workplace behaviors that exceed one's basic job requirements. From this point of view it could be said that organizational silence (OS) and OCB are very vital for organizations. In this study the relationship between OS and OCB is investigated. The data gathered from employees of two medicine firms and two hospitals located in the province of Erzurum, Turkey.
