摘要:AbstractThe main objective of this study is to find out the relationships between institutionalization level, strategic management level and human resource management level in family businesses. Secondly it is investigated whether the demographic characteristics of family businesses affect their levels of institutionalization, strategic management and human resource management. We gathered data from owner or authorized staff of family businesses located in the northeast Anatolia sub economic region of Turkey.
