摘要:AbstractIn the field of strategic management, the researches carried out about strategic planning tools and techniques used by business managers in Turkey is almost negligible. However, in the other countries, the researches revealing the similarities and differences in use of strategic tools and techniques in various countries are often carried out.In this research we aim to investigate the tools and techniques used in strategic planning and determine the attitudes of executives towards the use of strategic planning comparatively in Turkish SMEs operating in different firm size and sector. Data were collected from SMEs operating in Antalya Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ). The tools and techniques used in strategic planning in literature and the attitudes of executives towards the strategic planning process have been tested.
