摘要:AbstractAccording to World Health Organization statistics, 60 to 85% of the world population has a sedentary lifestyle. This paper aims to examine whether there is any evidence to support the use of kinetic programs as an effective approach for the optimization of exercise capacity in sedentary adults. The study was conducted at a wellness center in Bucharest and was limited to a group of 5 subjects aged 35 to 45 years. Our training strategy, based on personal experience and on results of previous research, led to an improvement of the functional parameters of the research group.
