摘要:AbstractThe purpose of the article is to analyze the real estate market of the Upper-Silesian Metropolitan Area in Poland. The factors of price forming of real estates (in terms of land and secondary market apartments) have undergone characteristics. The analysis of prices of apartments in the Upper-Silesian Metropolitan Area, in comparison with other major metropolitan areas in Poland, points to a low position of the analyzed urban area, with the prices being of the lowest in Poland, collated with other metropolitan areas.
