摘要:AbstractThe performance of an organization depends largely on the individual performance of human resources and their performance as a whole. It is therefore important to determine the best assessment and analysis, indicators and main determinants. These ideas were the starting point of this paper, the main purpose being to illustrate that in a world dominated by growing needs, in a more competitive economy, the performance of human resources becomes an essential point in generating positive results.
