摘要：AbstractThe article includes analysis of the models concerning the factors that make influence on housing price level formation in the countries with transition economy and presents the general principles of these models. The aim of the article was to compare selected models of the factors of housing market and to propose the principles of the model for housing price level formation in the country with transition economy. The chosen object housing market in country with transition economy. The paper was built on the analysis and synthesis of scientific literature on critical review of housing market models making influence on housing price level formation.
