摘要:AbstractPaper presents empirical findings from the GLOBE Student research (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness) and offers new insights into the field of managerial preferences related to the corporate social responsibility (CSR) in five countries of the CEE region, namely Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Results are valuable mainly because the CSR-related research in the respective region still remains an under-studied domain, and only little attention is dedicated to international comparative analysis in the field of CSR-related preferences in decision-making.
