摘要：AbstractThe paper deals with the view of school culture in kindergart ensin the Czech Republic, and specific research in t he Faculty of Education in Hradec Kralove University, which focused on the analysis and evaluat ion of fact ors in school cult ure. It presents selected research results which show school culture gaps in kindergartens.
