摘要：AbstractThe presented paper deals with a wide-scale problemof stress, and studies the prerequisites for coping with it. The mental state affects the whole human life, and the style of thin king is reflected in human behaviour and manners. Wrong lifestyle can cause psychosomatic disorders which embitter the life itself. The text also describes individual personal traits that help predict how stress affects mental immunity. The investigated sample group was represented by female students of a nursing school and grammar school.
