摘要:AbstractThis study was an attempt to examine if gender and varied years of experience have a significant impact on teachers’ ability to be resilient. Likewise, their beliefs and perception of resilience were investigated. The participants of the study entailed 40 ESP instructors who responded to a 5-point Likert-scale questionnaire. 12 instructors of both gender participated in semi-structured interviews in three categories of experience. The results of descriptive statistics and Chi-square analysis indicated significant differences in teachers’ resilience, gender, and their level of teaching experience. Moreover, teacher interviews indicated that the majority of teachers had a high self-perception of resilience and resiliency building factors.
