摘要：AbstractThe professional success involves a number of personality traits of the individual, all taking its toll on his performance and productivity at work. The results of the study undertaken bring elements into understanding how certain personality traits - extraversion - introversion and nervousness – of teachers relate with different facets of job satisfaction.
