摘要：This volume comprises papers presented at the inaugural International Conference on Languages, Linguistics andSociety (ICLALIS) held in Kota Kinabalu from the 22nd to the 24th of October 2013. Organised by the Centre for thePromotion of Knowledge and Language Learning in Universiti Malaysia Sabah, this conference was attended by220 participants from 25 countries, including those from Asia, Europe and North America.
