摘要：The 5th Asia Euro Conference 2014 in Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy took place in Taylor’s University,School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia from 19 to 21 May 2014 withthe theme, “Creating Opportunities through Innovation: The Future of Tourism and Hospitality in Asia". Theconference was also organised in conjunction with the Association Internationale Des Sociologues De LangueFrançaise (International Association of French Speaking Sociologists, AISLF CR 17), the 4th Responsible RuralTourism Symposium 2014 and the 7th Graduate Research Colloquium (GRC) 2014 in Tourism and Hospitality.
