  • 摘要:AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to analyze one of the most important personal characteristics of a teacher – his or her axiological orientation, which refers to the supreme regulator of any activity and behavior, to the field of personal meanings.Personal values indicate a positive or a negative attitude towards others, ourselves, the world and form a moral stance of a personality. It may be either positive in terms of standard values, or negative, that is differentially visualizes in activities of preschool teachers. Thereby, the definition of personal backgrounds, which determine the success of professional work, plays a special role.
