摘要:AbstractIn recent years there has been an increased interest in the impact of physical exercises on the wellbeing of people with mental health problems and the prevention of mental disorders. In this framework, our paper presents the main theoretical and methodological issues concerning the use of physical exercises for the improvement of mental health. Although at international level there is a clear specialization of the sports professionals, this category is not found in Romania. This paper reports about good practices from our country and suggests solutions for continuing training and education of the sports and psychology specialists.
