摘要:AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the association between paternalistic leadership and in-role job performance, and the moderating influence of job embeddedness on this relationship. The data was collected through a survey questionnaire. Convenience sampling was used and 224 employees participated to the study. The findings showed that the second factor of paternalistic leadership (austere) is negatively associated with in-role job performance. In addition, partial support was found about the moderating influence of job embeddedness on the relationship between paternalistic leadership and in-role job performance.
