摘要:AbstractAlienation in the workplace has long been recognized in modern times. Growing evidence suggests that one important influence job satisfaction and good performance is spirituality involved in organization and work. During the past decades, the attention given to the impact that spirituality has on the fields of management research, practice, and pedagogy has increased dramatically. The main question of this paper is, are there any differences how people from different institutional settings see spirituality at work? Data for this research was collected from 2 different samples.
