摘要:The accurate description of dynamical systems in the fields
of engineering and applied sciences can result in highfidelity models (HFM) of prohibitively large dimensions.
This is the case, for instance, in the very-large-scale integration of electrical circuits or for models resulting from
the spatial discretization of partial differential equations
over a fine grid. Simulations, optimizations, and control
design algorithms based on these large models are computationally expensive, if at all feasible.
