摘要:AbstractIn the framework of foster new entrepreneurs from universities, there should be an investigation of the entrepreneurial competencies on the students. Based on psychological and business aspects, entrepreneurial competencies are used to find out the characteristics and skills of the students so that they can become a successful entrepreneur. This study was designed as a quasi-experimental research, which is non randomized group pre test – post test. The treatment has been given in the form of entrepreneurship education with the number of respondent were 30 students. The data were analyzed using the Comparative Analysis of “t” Test Methods. The results showed that both before and after undergoing entrepreneurship education, research respondents basically had the pretty good entrepreneurial competencies scores. The results of the study by using a pre-test and post-test analysis, showed that the characteristics of the respondents with the highest scores both before and after participating in entrepreneurship education were need of achievement and endurance. While the characteristics that have the weakest scores were need of autonomy and risk-taking propensity. Overall entrepreneurship education has been followed by respondents indicated a difference in their entrepreneurial competencies cores (significant at α 0.01). Differences entrepreneurial competence component scores were significantly occurred on endurance and market awareness components (α 0.01) as well as the need of autonomy and need of power (α 0.05).
