摘要：AbstractLocal participation is a solution for getting decreased the social relationship that is presented by the recent urbanism paradigms and sustainable development. The main standpoint of this paper was to analyze the citizen's perceptual concepts as a missing link between the physical principles of local center and public participation. The selected perceptual concepts were territory, legibility, security and etc. This paper chose one of the regions of “Tehran” as its case study. The methodology of this paper is factor analysis via questionnaire. The paper concluded the perceptual concepts with their similar physical principles that more effectively relate to the participation.
