  • 摘要:AbstractThe purpose of this research is to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of Physical education teacher using Bella Joseph Teacher Effectiveness Model (2013) from five aspect that is personal, professional, intellectual, teaching strategies and social. Researcher also want to know the relationship between the five aspects compared to gender and the years of teaching experienced. The findings shows that the teacher should do some effort to increase the student interest to learn physical education subject because only 64.6 percent of the students indicates that physical education is an interesting subject. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers should improve their professionalism.
