  • 摘要:AbstractIn incorporating mobile learning into daily teaching and learning, technologist educators must initially consider a workable framework to gauge the teaching and learning process. Therefore, performance-based mobile learning is rather crucial to be implemented to ensure the quality of teaching and learning will benefit the students and at the same time diversifying alternative methods to improve student performance in TVET. The design of this research is based on readings and literature review undertaken by evaluating and re-arranging the facts from the previous studies and thus will propose a design and development phase into mobile learning for TVET. To ensure that mobile learning materials developed with high and reliable quality, a detailed and systematic planning should be focused on design and development process. Findings of this study proposed a design and development process requires planning and essentially meets the needs and potential use of these learning materials and platform. The implication of this research is that it is capable to define and assist in developing learning materials that suit mobile learning activity for TVET.
