  • 摘要:AbstractThe levels of the professional skills development create a hierarchy where each of the higher levels includes the lower one. The margins are heterogeneous with many entrances and exits that ensure integration of new experience and judgements. The professional development process can change the nurse's personal attitude and values that form a holistic understanding of the situation followed by the approach in the education of patients. Proficiency is one of the highest levels of professional development, when the working process is enriched by experience, feedback, and reflection.
