摘要:AbstractThe main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship of knowledge conversion abilities and academic performance. Knowledge conversion abilities comprise of four dimensions, namely, socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. Using the survey research method involving 263 respondents from the Faculty of Information Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA, the four independent variables are found to have a significant relationship with academic performance. Further analysis showed that the four independent variables are significant predictors of academic performance. The present study provides both a theoretical and practical contributions to understanding the predictors of academic performance and should be of interest to both researchers and practitioners.
