摘要:AbstractWhen students feel better about themselves, they do better in life. This research studies self-reflection process from critical friends and multisource feedback that effects the development of students’ self-esteem and academic oral presentation via online social media. Students use video recording for self-reflection practice, receiving critical friends positive advice for improvement, and finally multisource feedback for improving their oral academic presentation ability. Online social media appears to be a new communications channel that student practice an oral presentation skill through a network feedback, meanwhile building up a self-esteem through their self-reflection techniques.
