摘要:AbstractProfessional training at the workplace is strongly contextualized and is based on applying theoretical knowledge in complex working situations met at work,, on the immediate demonstration of applying the capacity in concrete working situations of some obtained acquisitions, on forming the practical competences of employees, on solving problems and collaborative learning in the field of work. The paper presents the results of implementing at the professional training at the workplace base the interactive Caffarella model. In the realized quality study one used the interview and the participative observation.
