摘要:AbstractThe article wants to describe the stressors for teacher for preschool level from Bucovina County. We try to investigate the perceptions of teacher upon the stress factors and the solutions for this stress. In this study we apply a questionnaire which was administrated to 150 teachers who teach in kindergartens from two Romanian counties. The research showed that Romanian preschool teachers experience high levels of stress, almost half of them being tempted to give up this profession. The most used coping actions reported were the positive ones, such as enjoyable activities. Final finding is that increasing qualified personnel with reasonable salary in proper work conditions would be the most effective measure of the competent institutions to reduce stress.
