摘要：AbstractReal estate organisations offering valuation services are subject to the complexity of the property industry. The progress of the property market has made real estate organisationsseek for their core competencies. Thus, wouldinvite for proper knowledge management implementation. The motive of this study was to explore the implementation obstacles for knowledge management in the real estate organisation and to understand the situations. This study was using theinterview as the main data collection instrument and had collected various responses from the respondents. It overviewed the current state of real estate practice and indicated any possible improvements.
