摘要:AbstractThe article examines the educational policy of the Russian Federation in respect of the citizens living in the Crimea until the adoption of this republic in the Russian Federation. It is shown that this category of citizens is under the Russian legislation and they can realize their right for work and education. Ukrainian and Russian nomenclature of specialties and areas of training are conformed. This allows accepting the level of education previously received in Ukrainian educational establishments. The Russian government has operatively adopted a number of legislative acts that regulate the procedure of exercising the rights of the Crimean entrants/enrollees on completion of education and obtaining diplomas of the Russian sample/pattern. There are identified three clusters of students who have an opportunity to complete their education depending on their situation of the completion of education in March 2014. It's established that the enrollees/applicants from the Crimea have preferences for higher education in universities of geographically close regions.
