摘要:AbstractDecision-making is one of the elementary competences of any person who holds a managerial position. The paper aims at identifying the frequency of decision–making styles of school managers and the implications of the non-cognitive factors in making their decisions. Without using up the list of possible catalysts of the decision-making, the research took into account dependent variables like the locus of control and leadership style. The results obtained emphasized the importance of the leadership style and of locus of control in decision-making.
