  • 摘要:AbstractThe objective of this study was to develop situational and simulation tools for the selection of staff working in call centres. A pilot study was conducted involving 60 people, employees in multinational company in Bucharest. Research results have shown that both the situational test as well as the simulation one show predictive value. In conclusion, the instruments can successfully be used in the selection of call centres employees.
