摘要:AbstractThere is a need to move from system flexibility to process flexibility with advancements of research in the niche field of flexible systems management. This paper analyses how much Indian organisational flexibility is aligned with employee expectations, greater workforce utilization and avoiding process failures amidst the process of globalization trends. The paper attempts to reduce risks and add up values in the business process flow. It maps key flexibility functions and expectations within the vast head of organisational flexibility. The paper works to find empirical links between employee reactions to Indian organisational flexibility and expanding business process optimization with globalization impacts and the responses towards organisational strategies. The paper also investigates on how exactly the dynamics of Indian organisational flexibility contributes to the economy and social stand points of a fast growing nation. Flexibility as a process is studied with challenges, positive trends, organizational abilities and reactions fitting well with global business environment.
