  • 摘要:AbstractE-learning is becoming more and trendier andparticularly adult learners are offered expanding opportunities to continue their education without conflict with work or family and follow study schedules. Learnerś motivation result from active learning culture and the concept provides simple mechanism for the people engaged in getting knowledge and skills at the time and the manner that makes sense for them.Replacing conventional training programs without considering teaching methods is unlikely to increase the overall effectiveness of education. The paper presents e-learning experience and approaches from 3 different universities and offers ways how learning and knowing can efficiently be pushed forward.
